Are MLUE teas caffeine-free?

Yes — all four of our blends are naturally caffeine-free, so you can drink them any time of day.

How long does a pack last?

A Pack of 30 is a one-a-day supply for a month. We also offer Pack of 60, 90, and 120 if you want to stock up.

How do I brew MLUE tea?

Each product page has brewing instructions under 'How To Brew' — most blends steep in 4-7 minutes in hot water.

Can I drink these during pregnancy or while on medication?

Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you're pregnant, nursing, or on medication. Our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
