Your comfort matters to us. If you're not happy with your MLUE order, here's how returns work:

Eligibility

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or email)

How to request a return

Email us at drinkmlue@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
